DO CHIROPRACTORS WORK PARTS OF THE BODY OTHER THAN THE SPINE?

WILL I BE SORE AFTER AN ADJUSTMENT?

It is common to experience soreness after an adjustment.  This is comparable to the soreness experienced after exercising.  This usually resolves within a day or two.

HOW MANY TIMES WILL I NEED TO SEE THE DOCTOR?

The doctor will discuss a treatment plan with you based on your individual diagnoses.  Some injuries need to be treated longer than others.  The doctor will work with you to deliver evidence-based care in a timely and efficient manner.

I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT. SHOULD I SEE A CHIROPRACTOR?

Chiropractic care is an effective, proven treatment after a car accident.

It’s also important to know that the seriousness of injuries after an accident aren’t always known or felt immediately. Chiropractors specialize in recognizing common injuries associated with car accidents that can go overlooked. Early and consistent treatment after a car accident has been proven to decrease risk of long term problems.

Any body part that is jarred or thrown forward unexpectedly and beyond normal limits can sustain stretched ligaments and even tears.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL TO SEE A CHIROPRACTOR?

Most insurance plans do not require a referral to see a chiropractor. If you have an insurance plan you can find out if one of our doctors is in-network with your plan by clicking the button below.
